The role is responsible for team leadership, workforce planning, inventory accuracy, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

With their business growth, they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join them.

Job Description

  • Oversee the full spectrum of warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring efficient handling of inbound, outbound, and inventory-related processes.
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams, including workforce deployment, shift planning, and resource allocation to achieve operational targets.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and adherence to service standards.
  • Manage inventory control activities and maintain stock integrity through system-based record management and regular reconciliation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, logistics partners, and service providers to support seamless supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure warehouse facilities are maintained in an orderly manner and comply with established safety and operational guidelines.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports, analyse performance metrics, and recommend improvements to optimise warehouse productivity.
  • Provide leadership support for multi-shift operations and maintain operational continuity during peak periods and business-critical activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or above in Logistics or related disciplines
  • 8+ years of warehouse experience, with a minimum 5 years of management experience
  • License of valid forklift is mandatory
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, with strong inventory and data management skills.
  • Highly responsible, dependable, and punctual.
  • Detail-minded with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
