About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international logistics company offering integrated warehousing, cold chain, transportation, and supply chain solutions. To support its continued business growth, the company is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and cold chain operations, including inventory management, transportation, workforce planning, and cargo handling to ensure service excellence and KPI achievement.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and productivity improvements while enhancing customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Develop and implement warehouse solutions, operational workflows, and customer-focused logistics strategies to support business growth.
  • Prepare regular operational reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and timely resolution of operational challenges.
  • Support special projects and other duties assigned by management.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or cold chain operations, with team management exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, manpower planning, fleet coordination, asset management, and KPI monitoring.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing operational teams.
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in WMS, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
  • Fluent in Cantonese with good English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related discipline.
