Job Description

As an Investor Relations, Vp, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support fundraising activities across existing and prospective LP relationships.
  • Lead the preparation and management of RFPs, DDQs, due diligence materials, and fundraising documentation.
  • Coordinate responses to investor information requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery of materials.
  • Prepare marketing presentations, fund updates, quarterly reports, and other investor communications.
  • Maintain investor databases, fundraising pipelines, and CRM records.
  • Work closely with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams to support fundraising and investor servicing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing investor meetings, annual meetings, and roadshows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investor Relations, Vp should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 4-10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Placement Agency, Asset Management, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong experience in handling RFPs, DDQs, fundraising process and investor due diligence processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
