We are seeking an experienced UAT Tester to support testing activities across Commercial Lending and Business Internet Banking platforms. This role will work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of digital banking enhancements and product releases.

Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and execute UAT test cases for Commercial Lending and Business Internet Banking platforms.
  • Perform testing across digital channels, including web, mobile applications, online application portals, and WeChat platforms.
  • Support the development of UAT strategies, test plans, and testing documentation.
  • Log, track, and report testing results, defects, and issues, working closely with IT and vendors to drive resolution.
  • Participate in UAT review meetings and provide recommendations on issue prioritization and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Support production release verification, including occasional weekend or after-hours deployments.
  • Conduct testing for production incident fixes and system enhancements.
  • Provide regular project status updates and prepare UAT sign-off documentation upon completion.
  • Maintain accurate testing records, evidence, screenshots, and audit documentation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UAT, System Testing, or Test Lead positions.
  • Experience testing Commercial Banking products, particularly Commercial Lending and Business Internet Banking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, including web and mobile banking applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
  • Good knowledge of testing processes, defect management, and test documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Able to read both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
