We are seeking an experienced Full Stack System Analyst to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, managing external vendors, and supporting the end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. This role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience in Java, Azure, and Front-End development.

Job Description

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Review solution design, technical architecture, and implementation plans.
  • Manage vendors to ensure project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Perform system impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and provide mitigation plans.
  • Support application enhancement, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
  • Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and governance standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in System Analysis, Application Development, or related roles.
  • Strong experience in Java/J2EE development and enterprise application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of Front-End technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integration.
  • Good understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
