Job Description

  • Analyze, design, implement, enhance, and support enterprise applications while acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; convert them into functional specifications and ensure alignment with business strategies and user needs.
  • Conduct interviews and user story grooming; support UAT planning, test case reviews, defect resolution, and impact/risk assessments for system changes.
  • Work with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure), relational and NoSQL databases, APIs, REST services, and event‑driven architectures; perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, process maps, and system diagrams; provide daily functional support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple initiatives in Agile environments; participate in Scrum ceremonies, support release planning, deployment coordination, and collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and cross‑functional teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
  • Strong ability to design business solutions, solve complex problems, and deliver innovative outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different technical audiences.
  • Proficient in documentation and presentation tools such as Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps/Jira; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
