The Supervisor (Product Marketing) will be responsible for product marketing functions including market research, product launch, product promotion, post promotion analysis and product education to internal and external parties.

Job Description

  • Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for internal teams and external partners to ensure strong product understanding and consistent messaging.
  • Support product marketing initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and development of marketing materials to drive successful product launches.
  • Lead training content development and localization, ensuring all educational materials meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional activities, and post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and improve future initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and sales data to identify new business and product opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions, including marketing, sales, and external partners, to ensure seamless execution of product and training strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder, preferably in Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing, training, or related roles.
  • Experience in product education, training delivery, and marketing execution is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
