Job Description

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, distribution channels, and growth initiatives.
  • Build relationships with regulators, exchanges, and industry participants.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
  • Support partnership negotiations, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Monitor partnership performance and support strategic projects led by senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or related functions within financial services.
  • Proven track record in developing partnerships and driving business growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong and regional financial markets.
  • Excellent commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
  • Candidates with international exposure, whether through education or professional experience, are highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a global mindset, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and experience working with international stakeholders and business partners.
