Job Description

As a Senior System Engineer (Linux), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining Linux-based systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to minimise downtime.
  • Implementing security measures and managing system updates and patches.
  • Collaborating with other teams to support application deployment and system integration.
  • Documenting system configurations, processes, and changes for future reference.
  • Performing regular system backups and recovery testing.
  • Providing technical support and resolving system-related queries.
  • Participating in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior System Engineer (Linux) should have:
