Job Description

  • Lead and develop the Regional Quality Assurance and Product Integrity teams across multiple sourcing countries.
  • Manage a regional team of Quality Assurance Managers and Product Integrity professionals
  • Drive product quality, compliance, testing and supplier quality management programs across the region.
  • Establish and execute regional quality strategies, policies and performance metrics.
  • Partner closely with sourcing, product development, technical, compliance and supplier partners to ensure consistent product quality standards.
  • Oversee product testing, quality audits, factory performance and corrective action initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement programs to enhance product integrity, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide senior management with regular reporting on quality performance, risk management and compliance matters.
  • Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives across the quality function.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
  • 12+ years of quality assurance, quality management, product integrity or technical compliance experience within consumer products, retail, sourcing, manufacturing or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading regional and cross-border teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, product testing, supplier management and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in driving quality improvements and organisational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across international environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
