This role is responsible for supporting quality management and continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive process improvements.

About Our Client

We are partnering with a well-established multinational product solutions provider to identify a Senior Quality Engineer who will play a key role in strengthening quality systems, driving operational excellence, and supporting sustainability and compliance initiatives across Asia.

Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Review and maintain controlled documentation to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements
  • Investigate quality-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective action implementation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive process and quality enhancements
  • Support management system activities and operational best practices across the organization
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and other assigned quality-related initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in quality, operations, manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain environments
  • Experience supporting process improvement, operational excellence, or quality initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and drive improvements
  • Hands-on experience investigating process deviations, customer concerns, or product-related issues
  • Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners
  • Familiarity with management systems, industry standards, or regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic business environment
  • Experience within multinational, sourcing, manufacturing, or trading organizations is preferred
  • Exposure to sustainability, supplier management, or business improvement programs would be an advantage
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Occasional travel within Asia may be required
  • Candidates with relevant leadership experience may be considered for a senior-level position
