Job Description

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
  • Managing contracts and procurement processes with contractors and suppliers.
  • Conducting cost analysis to identify potential savings and manage project costs effectively.
  • Evaluating and managing project risks related to costs and contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating with project teams to achieve cost efficiency and project goals.
  • Providing regular financial updates and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Resolving any disputes related to costs or contractual matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications in quantity surveying or relevant accreditation.
  • Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration in the property industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

What's on Offer

  • Monthly salary of HKD 50,000 to HKD 60,000, paid across 12 months.
  • Performance bonus.
