Job Description

As a Senior Product Specialist/Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and develop the assigned medical equipment portfolio, driving product growth and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute product strategies, marketing plans, and go-to-market initiatives for the Hong Kong market.
  • Work closely with doctors, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, clinical education, and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Partner with the sales team on customer engagement, tenders, product positioning, and commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams on product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key healthcare accounts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Product Specialist/Manager should have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience within Medical Device / MedTech.
  • Experience with capital equipment is highly preferred, particularly Ultrasound, MRI or related medical equipment.
  • Previous experience in a Product Specialist, Product Management, Clinical Application, or commercial client-facing role would be relevant.
  • Candiates with less experience would be consider as product specialist
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging external and internal stakeholders.
  • Energetic, cheerful, presentable, and commercially minded.
  • Good command of Chinese and English
