We are seeking an innovative and commercially minded Senior Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end product innovation and renovation initiatives across our beverage and food portfolio. This role will drive new product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver consumer-centric solutions that support business growth and market competitiveness.

Job Description

  • Lead new product development and product enhancement projects from concept to commercialisation.
  • Drive innovation pipelines aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams throughout the development process.
  • Develop and optimise product formulations, ingredient specifications, and product performance.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory, cost, and timeline requirements.
  • Coordinate product testing, validation, and scale-up activities.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful product launches.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and portfolio optimisation.
  • Present project updates and recommendations to senior management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of product development experience within the food, beverage, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record in new product development and commercialisation.
  • Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, ingredients, product formulation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple development pipelines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese and Mandarin.
