Job Description

  • Provide daily operational support for enterprise network and security infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot network incidents and perform detailed root cause analysis
  • Implement network changes across switching, routing, VLANs and ACLs
  • Support firewall configuration, policy deployment and security enforcement
  • Assist in planning, testing and executing network disaster recovery strategies
  • Monitor network performance using tools to enhance stability and reduce latency
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders on network issues
  • Support project rollouts and network-related implementations
  • Maintain accurate documentation including diagrams, SOPs and configuration records

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • CCNA, CCNP or equivalent networking certification is highly preferred
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network support and maintenance
  • Solid experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and enterprise firewalls
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, IPsec VPN and network security concepts
  • Exposure to enterprise security products such as WAF, NAC, EDR is an advantage
  • Self-driven, organised and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese
