Our client is a well-established property developer with a strong track record across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. With ongoing expansion and strategic investments, they are seeking a seasoned legal professional to support their growing transactional and commercial legal needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Lead and support M&A transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
  • Advise on transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal execution
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional and commercial agreements, including: Share purchase agreement, Joint venture agreements, Shareholder agreementd, Development and project-related contracts
  • Provide legal support on real estate investments and development projects
  • Work closely with internal teams (investment, finance, development) to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice
  • Manage and coordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions when required
  • Support corporate governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives



What's on Offer

  • Qualified lawyer of HK
  • Minimum 8+ years' PQE, ideally from a leading international law firm and/or reputable in-house environment
  • Strong background in M&A and transactional work, ideally with exposure to real estate or property-related deals
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Commercially astute with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
