Known for its collaborative culture, stable leadership team, and people-focused approach, the organization offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders while making a visible impact on both employees and business performance.Job DescriptionLead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and retention initiatives.Partner with business leaders to provide practical HR guidance and support on employee relations, people matters, and organizational challenges.Drive regional talent acquisition activities, managing direct sourcing efforts and supporting hiring across multiple APAC locations.Review and enhance compensation, benefits, and employee wellbeing programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.Support international hiring activities and coordinate with external partners to facilitate compliant employment arrangements across different jurisdictions.Lead annual performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and action plans to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.Champion staff wellness, workplace health & safety, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Monitor HR market trends and provide insights and recommendations to leadership on talent, compensation, and people-related developments.Organize company-wide events, employee engagement programs, and internal communication initiatives that foster a strong and collaborative culture.Support internal and external audits, ensuring HR processes remain compliant and best-in-class.Mentor and support junior HR team members while contributing to the ongoing development of the HR function.The Successful ApplicantDegree qualified in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Approximately 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally gained within a multinational or internationally matrixed environment.Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and practical HR best practices.Demonstrated experience supporting regional or multi-country HR operations.Familiarity with international hiring arrangements, cross-border employment considerations, or vendor-managed workforce solutions would be highly advantageous.Hands-on recruitment experience, including direct sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn and online job boards.Proven track record in employee relations, engagement, performance management, and HR policy development.Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and cultures.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean environment where ownership and initiative are valued.Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.What's on OfferAnnual salary between HKD 650,000 and HKD 780,000.
