A leading multinational organization is seeking a commercially minded and strategic Senior Finance Manager to support its operations. Reporting to senior regional leadership, this role will lead financial planning, reporting, business partnering, governance, and team leadership activities while driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the region.

Job Description

  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end closing and reporting processes, lead the consolidation and analysis of financial results
  • Prepare the annual budget, forecasting, long-range planning, and projection cycles, deliver meaningful insights and performance analysis across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key business metrics.
  • Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for regional leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted finance business partner to commercial and functional leaders.
  • Develop robust financial models and evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the key finance lead for internal controls, compliance, and governance matters.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and value-added financial support.
  • Drive employee engagement through coaching, regular feedback, and career development initiatives.
  • Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Minimum 10 years of in-house finance experience within multinational environments, on top of Big 4 background.
  • Proven experience across financial planning & analysis (FP&A), reporting, controls, and business partnering.
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Prior experience leading and developing finance teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
