Job Description

As a Senior Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and financial reporting processes.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/HKFRS.
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and multi-currency consolidations.
  • Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Drive process improvements and reporting system enhancements.
  • Partner with regional finance teams and provide technical accounting guidance.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager, should have:

    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA/HKICPA qualified.
    • 8-12+ years of experience in financial reporting and group consolidation.
    • Exteral Audit and multinational company experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS and consolidation principles.
    • Experience with ERP/consolidation systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, etc.).
    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in regional/global reporting environments is a plus.
