Job Description

  • Conduct deep fundamental research on companies and industries, combining both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to develop differentiated investment views.
  • Monitor portfolio holdings and investment opportunities on an ongoing basis, tracking industry trends, company developments, and market dynamics.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models, valuation frameworks, and investment research processes.
  • Generate high-conviction investment ideas through rigorous analysis and a long-term value investing mindset.
  • Support portfolio construction and investment decisions through thoughtful research and continuous knowledge accumulation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, asset management, private equity, venture capital, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a well-developed framework for assessing industries, business models, competitive advantages, and company valuations.
  • Demonstrated passion for investing and research, with a naturally curious mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to think independently, challenge consensus views, and develop original investment insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
