Job Description

As a Retail Account Manager/Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily retail operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the retail team to achieve their best performance.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring proper stock management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and retail industry standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall business operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales; retail banking experience is preferred.
  • Front-line sales/service experience in luxury or jewelry products is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Aggressive, positive, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Passionate about building a long-term career in sales.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
