About Our Client

Our client - a leading banking institution, is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of affluent customers by providing comprehensive banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions. The successful candidate will focus on client acquisition, relationship deepening, and achieving business targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent and mass affluent customers.
  • Acquire new-to-bank customers through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
  • Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial health checks.
  • Promote a broad range of retail banking products
  • Collaborate with Investment Specialists, Insurance Specialists, and branch teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide timely insights to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and suitability standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Retail Banking, Premier Banking, Priority Banking, or Wealth Management, candidate with strong experience
  • Proven track record in sales, relationship management, and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking, investment, and insurance products.
  • HKSI Paper 1, 7, and 8 and IIQE qualifications are preferred.
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
