Our client is a leading international retail organization with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. As part of its ongoing investment in technology and operational excellence, the company is driving a portfolio of projects spanning infrastructure, networking, workplace technology, store systems, POS, and digital transformation initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with regional and global stakeholders while supporting technology projects that enhance both customer experience and business operations.

Job Description

  • Support and manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support
  • Coordinate infrastructure, network, workplace technology, store systems and digital transformation initiatives
  • Work closely with business users, regional stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors
  • Track project timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting and project governance activities
  • Support system upgrades, technology refreshes, new store openings, store renovations and operational improvement projects
  • Assist in requirements gathering, UAT coordination and deployment planning
  • Drive continuous improvements in project management processes and delivery standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination or Project Delivery
  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure, network, workplace technology, cloud, security or retail technology projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
  • Experience from telecommunications, retail, system integration or large corporate environments will be highly regarded
  • PMP, Prince2 or other project management certifications would be an advantage
  • Immediately available or short notice candidates are preferred
