Job Description

As Recruitment Consultant You Will:

  • Building and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Understanding client hiring needs and advising on the best talent attraction strategies
  • Managing and maintaining an up-to-date candidate database
  • Assessing client requirements and responding to each assignment effectively
  • Sourcing and engaging suitable candidates, guiding them through different opportunities
  • Managing the full recruitment process from interview to offer, supporting both clients and candidates throughout
  • Providing CV advice, interview coaching, and general career guidance to candidates
  • Networking in the market and gathering insights to identify new business opportunities

The Successful Applicant

If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in any disclipine
  • High proficiency in English and Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, resilient, and client-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
