This role offers the opportunity to influence quality performance across a large regional footprint while partnering closely with global executives, customers, and engineering teams.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the APAC quality strategy, governance framework, and continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Support new technology introductions and NPI programs, ensuring robust quality planning and execution.
  • Lead customer quality management, including escalations, corrective actions, and executive-level customer engagement.
  • Drive quality performance across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality management systems.
  • Champion operational excellence initiatives through data analytics, SPC, problem-solving methodologies, and best-practice sharing.
  • Influence and mentor site quality leaders, engineering teams, and factory leadership to achieve business and quality objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years' quality leadership experience within electronics, PCB, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and related quality systems.
  • Proven track record supporting engineering development, NPI, and technology-driven manufacturing operations.
  • Expertise in quality improvement methodologies including SPC, DOE, PFMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, TPM, and Zero Defect initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and customer leadership teams.
  • Experience managing regional or multi-site quality organisations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Fluent English and Chinese communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Asia-Pacific.
