Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage QC inspection activities across suppliers and manufacturing locations
  • Review inspection reports, quality issues, and corrective action plans with factories and inspectors
  • Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support factory audits, third-party inspections, and compliance requirements
  • Investigate customer complaints and quality concerns through root cause analysis and CAPA processes
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Procurement, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
  • Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations to improve supplier performance and product quality
  • Assist in developing and maintaining quality standards, inspection protocols, and reporting systems



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing Quality
  • Experience managing inspections, audits, supplier corrective actions, and quality reporting
  • Knowledge of AQL standards, CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality management systems
  • Exposure to consumer products, accessories, gifts, soft goods, cosmetics, or related categories preferred
  • Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Open to regional travel when required
