With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced procurement professional to strengthen their supply chain organization and support continued business growth.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and vendor management, preferably with strong mechanical parts sourcing experience.
  • Drive supplier performance, cost savings, quality, and delivery improvements.
  • Oversee material planning, inventory control, and order management.
  • Identify sourcing opportunities and continuously improve procurement processes.
  • Lead and develop the purchasing team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of procurement experience within consumer products, electrical appliances, OEM, ODM, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and material control.
  • Strong sourcing experience in mechanical components and manufacturing parts.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and supplier negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
