Job Description

As a Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor quality performance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Providing training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
  • Preparing quality reports and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across projects and departments.
  • Supporting certification and accreditation processes as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • A degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
