Job Description

As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Identifying and resolving project risks and issues proactively.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Driving continuous improvement to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager/Scrum Master should have:

  • Experience in managing technology projects within the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
