Job Description

  • Lead and deliver technology change projects within the retail environment.
  • Design end-to-end Change Management (CM) plans for PCC / mass rollouts, including but not limited to conducting change impact assessments, designing and delivering stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and communication plans.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, business office teams, and retail staff.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and support resources for retail teams.
  • Monitor change adoption and address issues or resistance promptly.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders (global, regional, market) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6 - 10+ years of experience in Change Management (digital/technology focus).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management (leadership, business office, and retail teams).
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience managing technology change in retail environments.
  • Experience implementing technology/digital systems.
  • Experience with training, communications, and user support during change initiatives.
  • Able to deliver results quickly in temporary/interim roles.
