Job Description

As a Project Manager - It, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and coordinate technology project activities to support agreed business outcomes.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones and delivery schedules to provide clear progress visibility.
  • Track project actions, dependencies and deliverables to keep work moving against agreed timelines.
  • Prepare clear project updates for relevant stakeholders and record key decisions.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions to maintain alignment across project workstreams.
  • Monitor project progress and raise delivery issues through appropriate channels.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation to maintain accurate project records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - It should have:

  • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience within banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in one or more of the following domains:
  • Payments, Loans / Lending, Credit Cards, Brokerage / Wealth Management
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, technology teams, operations, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing project status reports and presenting to senior management.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications are advantageous.
