Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of business application and digital transformation initiatives across the organization:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business application and digital transformation projects.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and project governance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and vendors.
  • Drive project execution, monitor progress, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful project manager should have:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience in insurance or financial services, supporting business-critical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production rollout.
  • Experience managing business application, digital transformation, or customer-facing platform projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and senior management.
  • Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance within enterprise environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications would be highly advantageous
