Job Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with project teams to identify requirements and deliverable, ensuring alignment with overall group programme objectives
  • Perform regulatory reporting control assessments, recommend enhancements, and prepare supporting documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including the Banking Ordinance and HKMA SPM guidelines
  • Support regulatory reporting processes and external disclosures
  • Assist in preparing internal management reports and data analysis for senior management and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 year's experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector or relevant audit experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of ownership with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Candidates who are immediately available will be highly preferred
