Job Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving both customized and packaged solutions.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting, and change management processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, to achieve delivery milestones.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and proactively manage client expectations.
  • Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Oversee vendor performance and ensure agreed deliverables and quality standards are met.
  • Drive project execution in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience delivering business or technology-related initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing solution implementation projects involving custom-built and packaged solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, scope management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, stakeholders, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
