Job Description

  • Analyze usage data and behavioral insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable initiatives to improve digital adoption and engagement.
  • Establish and track success metrics, providing regular performance insights and reporting to management and regional stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end change management initiatives to drive effective adoption of digital tools across agency channels.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including agency leaders and frontline agents, through workshops, feedback loops, and close collaboration with business units to embed solutions into daily workflows.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience across Product Ownership and/or Change Management, with proven ability to turn data insights into business actions, drive adoption initiatives, and deliver end-to-end change programs.
  • Solid background in the insurance industry is required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a proactive, "can-do" attitude, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and ways of working.
