Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive support to relationship managers in managing client portfolios.
  • Assisting in the preparation of client documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
  • Monitoring client accounts and providing timely updates to relationship managers.
  • Handling client inquiries and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Preparing market research and reports to support client advisory services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity in client management systems.
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the Banking & Financial Services department.



The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, particularly Banking & Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Greater China clients.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the Financial Services industry.
