Excellent opportunity to join leading Investment Bank as Prime Brokerage Client Support Analyst - Managing daily swap trade allocations & breaks, as well as cash trade matching & settlement.

Job Description

  • Manage daily client-related operational activities, including trade allocations, amendments, reporting, and client inquiries, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
  • Monitor and resolve trade allocation and settlement breaks in a timely manner.
  • Partner with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address client requirements and resolve issues effectively.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and operational change projects.
  • Work closely with team leaders and management to strengthen controls, enhance procedures, and maintain a robust risk framework.
  • Identify, escalate, and manage operational risks and control issues in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with experience in Financial Services Operations, preferably within Prime Brokerage, Equities, Fixed Income, or Securities Operations.
  • At least 1+ year of relevant experience - Proven client servicing experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are advantageous but not required.
  • High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across local and global teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA or macro experience would be a plus.
