A key supply chain planning role responsible for leading Production & Material Control (PMC) activities across manufacturing operations. The position will oversee master scheduling, production planning, capacity utilization, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery, efficient resource allocation, and achievement of business KPIs.

Our client is a leading international manufacturer with a well-established presence across multiple markets. To support business expansion and strengthen operational efficiency, they are currently seeking an experienced PMC Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • Lead production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support business objectives
  • Optimize manufacturing capacity and ensure efficient production operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth execution
  • Monitor inventory, material availability, and key operational KPIs
  • Develop planning strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance
  • Coordinate with regional teams to support planning and operational control activities
  • Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation plans
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Utilize planning systems and data analysis to enhance decision-making and planning accuracy

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, PMC, or manufacturing operations, preferably within an electronics manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to Frequent Travel
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
