As a Part-Time Branch Banking Officer in Hong Kong, you will provide counter service within the Financial Services industry and help customers complete their branch enquiries.

Job Description

  • Provide quality customer service through efficient counter transactions.
  • Handle daily banking transactions accurately and professionally.
  • Understand customers' needs and make appropriate referrals for banking products and services.
  • Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist customers with general enquiries and banking service requests.

The Successful Applicant

  • Year 3 or Year 4 university students are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Detail-minded, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays.
