About Our Client

Our client is a top tier global law firm with a high-performing corporate practice in Hong Kong.

Job Description

This role will support a team of transactional lawyers to support on a diverse range of corporate transactions. Although, the focus will be on IPO projects, there will also be exposure to other transactions such as M&A and PE. You will support the team on drafting, due diligence, legal research and other legal work required for the transactions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a law degree holder from a top tier Chinese law school, having completed post-graduate legal studies in either Hong Kong or the US. Around 1-3 years of relevant corporate/capital markets Paralegal experience is required for this role - candidates with solid experience gained from internships may also be considered. A native-level in Mandarin and a high fluency in English is required.
