About Our Client

Our client is a UK headquartered law firm with a growing business in Asia. They handle diverse legal work across multiple jurisdictions.

Job Description

This role will provide support to various lawyers assisting on immigration and corporate work, including:

  • Handle various corporate, company secretarial and transaction documentation;
  • Conduct legal due diligence and research across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Assist with the preparation of immigration documents, including visa applications;
  • Manage internal case files and correspondence;
  • Assist with arranging client meetings and where necessary, communicating with clients;
  • Ad hoc legal and administrative support to the lawyers.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a background in law, with around 2-5 years of paralegal experience gained in a law firm. Practice area experience is flexible, as long as the candidate is a fast learner with an interest to pick up a variety of work. A high fluency in English and Mandarin is required for this position.
