They are looking for a high-calibre supply chain professional to support regional operations, optimize fulfilment processes, and enhance overall service performance across APAC.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment activities across the APAC region to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support business requirements and maintain service excellence.
  • Coordinate order execution, inventory allocation, shipment scheduling, and invoicing processes.
  • Monitor supply and demand requirements to support product availability and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers and distribution partners to optimize transportation and fulfilment activities.
  • Resolve operational issues and exceptions through cross-functional coordination.
  • Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain, logistics, and order management processes.
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to enhance supply chain visibility and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with established operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
  • Provide regular reporting and operational insights to support business decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, logistics coordination, or operational planning.
  • Exposure to international logistics, inventory management, fulfilment, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a regional or global environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
