Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supporting the daily operational management of funds, including account opening, trade settlement, cash transfers, expense payments, and periodic reporting
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of fund operations and management
  • Optimize fund operational processes to reduce operational risks
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties, including administrators, custodians, auditors, and counterparties
  • Assist in the launch of new products, design operational workflows, and conduct related testing
  • Be familiar with public funds, ETF products, and derivatives trading
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the department

The Successful Applicant



Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant work experiences in fund operations.
  • Experience in buy-side, financial advisory (FA), or brokerage derivatives desk operations is preferred.
  • Familiar with derivatives trading operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
