As an established F&B group in Hong Kong, they are continuing their expansion and would like to invite a seasoned management professional to help drive current business.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute annual business plans, operational strategies, and budgets for assigned restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and business growth.Oversee operational expenditures and cost controls to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building across multiple restaurant locations.Evaluate staffing requirements and optimize manpower allocation to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments to support effective business and marketing strategies.Drive profitability through effective management of food costs, labor costs, utilities, maintenance expenses, and other operational expenditures.Establish and manage performance management systems for regional teams and restaurant operations, fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee the implementation and execution of membership, loyalty, and prepaid card sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, food safety regulations, and customer service excellence.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in a Regional Operations Director, Operations Head, or equivalent leadership role within a chain restaurant or food & beverage environment.Strong knowledge of multi-unit restaurant operations, business management, and operational best practices.Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.Excellent business acumen, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational and financial data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Results-oriented, highly accountable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficient in restaurant operating systems, POS platforms, and business reporting tools.What's on OfferThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to drive business growth, operational excellence, and talent development across a dynamic and expanding restaurant portfolio.
