The firm has established a strong brand name in the market and serves a broad client base across Hong Kong, offering excellent career development opportunities within a stable and growing platform.Job DescriptionAccurately execute institutional global equities, fixed income, and derivatives orders during US and European market hours, fully follow PM investment instructions, control slippage and execution quality.Real-time monitor global market liquidity, price volatility, margin levels for derivatives positions and abnormal trading signals.Daily review execution performance, summarize cost optimization proposals, update internal trading operation manuals and risk workflow.Facilitate post-trade confirmation, reconciliation, settlement instructions and daily trading paperwork.Cooperate with front-office portfolio team, middle office and back office to ensure smooth settlement.Maintain good communication and relationship with global brokers and counterparty dealers.Assist in optimizing trading workflow, summarize execution experience and improve overall trading efficiency.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines.Minimum of 3 years relevant institutional dealing experience in global equities, fixed income and derivatives, with solid knowledge of trading mechanism and settlement cycle.Experience in Repo, Interest Rate and Currency Forward/Futures will be preferred (but not required).Willing and available to work night shift (core working hours follow US and European trading session). Able to work on HK holiday.Proficient in Bloomberg trading systems.Strong sense of risk control, discipline and high accuracy in daily operation.Able to work under fast-paced market pressure, stable judgement during volatile market.Hold valid SFC Type 1 and Type 9 licenses.
