Our client is a leading financial services organisation with a strong market presence and a broad portfolio of investment and wealth-related services.

Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Provide legal and regulatory advice to asset management and wealth management on daily operational matters and strategic initiatives.
    • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements and documentation.
    • Support the management of disputes, claims and litigation matters.
    • Coordinate with external legal advisers, consultants and relevant stakeholders.
    • Assist with regulatory interactions, governance matters and specialised client account issues.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

    • Qualified in Hong Kong with a recognised law degree and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
    • Experience financial services, with exposure to securities and regulatory matters.
    • Strong understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and data privacy considerations.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with strong attention to detail.
