Our client is a well-established private capital investment firm with a strong presence in the Asian market and a track record of executing sophisticated investment transactions.

Job Description

  • Lead legal work across private equity fund formation and investment transactions.
  • Advise on transaction structuring, regulatory considerations, and legal risk management.
  • Conduct and oversee legal due diligence for investment opportunities.
  • Participate in and support commercial and legal negotiations with counterparties and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with investment professionals and external advisers throughout the deal lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified lawyer with a Master's degree or above in Law from a leading university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or private equity investment environment.
  • Strong knowledge of private equity transactions, fund investment and Hong Kong financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
