Job Description

As a Legal Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters to support business operations.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts and legal documents.
  • Manage and coordinate external legal counsel on contentious matters.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the financial services industry.
  • Providing training and guidance on legal and compliance matters to internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Manager should have:

    • Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with post-qualification experience.
    • Strong experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
    • Excellent contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
    • Strong English and Chinese language capabilities; Mandarin is advantageous.
