Job Description

As a Leasing Associate Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver leasing plans that support occupancy, tenant mix and commercial targets.
  • Lead lease negotiations with prospective and existing tenants to secure suitable commercial terms.
  • Review market activity, rental trends and competitor information to guide leasing decisions.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with tenants, agents and relevant business contacts.
  • Monitor leasing progress and prepare clear updates on pipeline activity, occupancy and key issues.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate leasing activity and support tenant onboarding.
  • Review tenant mix and identify leasing opportunities that align with portfolio requirements.
  • Handle lease renewal discussions and vacancy planning to support stable portfolio performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of leasing experience within retail portfolios.
  • Proven ability to negotiate lease terms and manage lease renewal discussions.
  • Good knowledge of leasing markets, rental trends and tenant mix planning.
  • Experience building relationships with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to review leasing data and present clear commercial updates.
  • Sound judgement in identifying leasing opportunities and managing vacancy plans.
