We are seeking an IT Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join the growing technology team. This role is open to fresh graduates or candidates who are keen to step into the QA field. You will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications, which include e‑commerce platforms, CRM systems, POS solutions, and other enterprise applications.

Job Description

  • Execute manual testing across multiple applications (e‑commerce, CRM, POS, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and documentation.
  • Identify, report, and track defects to resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing cycles.

The Successful Applicant

  • Open to fresh graduates or career changers with strong interest in QA.
  • Passion for software testing and quality assurance.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of testing tools or scripting languages is a plus but not required.
